The room was clean and comfortable, with a big-screen TV and a nice desk setup. The bed and pillows were amazing, providing excellent sleep quality. The bathroom was big and clean, with a nice touch of having a bath near the window. The hotel staff, especially Ms Jolin, were very nice and patient, providing amazing customer service. They even surprised me with a cake and a birthday song in my room, making me feel special. Ms Jolin also helped arrange for us to book a ticket for a high-speed train even after her work shift.
The condition of the wallpapers near the bathroom and the tiles in the shower could be improved. The wallpapers were coming away around the skirting and window corners, indicating a maintenance issue.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Ms Jolin, were incredibly nice and patient with me, as I am an English-speaking guest. They went above and beyond to make me feel special on my birthday, surprising me with a cake and even singing a birthday song in my room. The customer service here is truly outstanding. Additionally, Ms Jolin helped me book a ticket for a high-speed train even after her shift ended. I was truly impressed by her dedication and helpfulness.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with big-screen TVs. the bathtub near the window was a unique touch that added to the experience.
The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, which was a bit of a letdown. the tiles in the shower were not in the best condition, which made it feel a bit dirty.
